**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Duties and responsibilities will include, but not being limited to, the following:

- Lead customer service questions and handle technical issues regarding suspensions.
- Log all correspondences with potential and existing customers in the CRM.
- Process quotes, orders and payments from customers in accounting program.
- Collaborate and coordinate with key stakeholders including but not limited to sales, shipping, engineering, and production functions to ensure customers receives the highest level of customer service and delivery of their order within the shipping date committed.
- Monitor orders' progress by coordinating with shipping and production teams and update customer when necessary.
- Process warranty claims, sales returns and customer credits.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently in conjunction with other functions such as Quality and Accounting.
- Meet the company's key performance indicators targets for customer service.
- Obtain structured customer feedback regularly.
- Comply with laws, regulations, ISO requirement and our internal policies including but not limited to warranty and return policy.

Your supervisor may change your duties and responsibilities from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Looking for someone who is a quick learner, has great attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with HubSpot CRM, SAGE ERP, and Moneris payment systems is an asset.
- Experience with live chat customer service apps is a benefit.
- Experience in the automotive industry is an asset, Automotive enthusiast is ideal.
- Knowledge of and experience with trailers and trailer suspensions is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
