Escape City, an award-winning leader in escape room entertainment, is hiring a **Mobile Operations Coordinator**to spearhead our mobile event operations in Edmonton and Northern Alberta. This role is based at our Edmonton locations (5916 104 St NW & 6784 99 St NW) and involves overseeing school programs, corporate team-building events, and our mobile party packages.

We’re looking for a motivated leader with a passion for working with students and businesses, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Transporting our 30' mobile escape room unit is a requirement for this position so a class 5 drivers license is required and towing experience is an asset.

**Position Details**
- **Hours**: 30 - 40 hours per week (varied based on bookings)
- **Compensation**: $20 - 22 / hour
- **Probation**: 90-day probationary period

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and execute Mobile Escape City Events, including transporting and setting up the 30-foot mobile escape room trailers, generators, and equipment using the company vehicle
- Facilitate bookings at the Edmonton Escape City location, including but not limited to corporate bookings, school field-trips, and private parties
- Maintain and manage mobile units and vehicles as directed
- Lead a team of event staff to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience on site
- Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator to provide content as directed
- Address customer concerns professionally and ensure all events meet Escape City’s brand standards
- Attend trade shows, conventions, and promotional events as scheduled
- Participate in weekly scheduling and planning meetings
- Travel, as the position requires

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Experience towing (additional training provided)
- Insurable under our commercial vehicle insurance
- Clear Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sectors Screening
