Escape City, an award-winning leader in escape room entertainment, is hiring a Mobile Operations Coordinator to spearhead our mobile event operations in Edmonton and Northern Alberta. This role is based at our Edmonton locations (5916 104 St NW & 6784 99 St NW) and involves overseeing school programs, corporate team-building events, and our mobile party packages.

This role requires that you transport our Mobile Escape Room Unit to various locations in Edmonton and occasionally, around Northern Alberta to run Mobile Escape City events. Training is provided, as is a company vehicle, but a valid Class 5 Driver's license is required. We’re looking for an energetic individual with a passion for working with students and businesses, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and execute Mobile Escape City Events, including transporting and setting up the 30-foot mobile escape trailers, generators, and equipment using a company vehicle.
- Oversee bookings at the Edmonton Escape City location, including but not limited to corporate bookings, school field-trips, and private parties.
- Manage maintenance of mobile units and vehicles as needed.
- Lead a team of event staff to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator to provide social content.
- Address customer concerns professionally and ensure all events meet Escape City’s brand standards
- Attend trade shows, conventions, and promotional events as scheduled.
- Participate in meetings and planning sessions as required.
- Travel, as the position requires.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (trailer towing training provided)
- Must be insurable under commercial vehicle insurance
- Clear Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sectors Screening (covered by Escape City)

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
