In this role you will work with a group of Global Mobility Professionals based in Canada, United States, India, the UK and Australia. Our team provides support to business travelers, temporary assignments, permanent relocations, and expatriate tax compliance and planning. Your Responsibilities Coordinate with external vendors and initiate tax, relocation and immigration services. Prepare immigration, assignment, and relocation agreements for Stantec employees. Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team for any new hires receiving relocation support. Coordinate tax payments associated with International Assignments as directed by the Global Mobility Tax Manager. Support our North American immigration team with case management and processes as required. Manage the Global Mobility inbox and review, assign and manage all service request tickets received by the Global Mobility team. Prepare business travel letters for employees and support the HR teams in checking visa and immigration requirements. Data entry and maintenance of Stantec’s Human Resources Information System and Global Mobility files. Continuous review and updating of Global Mobility documents and resources as requested. Oversee vendor invoicing and processes as required. Assist with Global Mobility data reporting and cost analysis. Assist in supporting the Global Mobility team with related projects and day-to-day administration as required. Your Capabilities and Credentials Proven ability to apply attention to detail, research, and gain knowledge quickly. Strong interpersonal, organizational, written and communication skills. Ability to set priorities and manage workflow under strict deadlines and competing demands. Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle confidential information. Highly motivated, proactive, positive, and solution focused. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to proactively resolve issues and improve processes. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Able to deal with ambiguity and reprioritize tasks in response to unexpected changes in faced paced environment. Education and Experience Minimum of 3-4 years of experience providing administrative support in a corporate environment. Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
