**Main Responsibilities**- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify talent using various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies)Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.-
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.- process.-
- Manage job offer negotiations, pre-employment screening, and the onboarding process.- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to determine current and future hiring needs.- Advise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.-
- Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with company policies, labor laws, and employment regulations.- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, applicant-to-hire ratios)

**Job requirements**- Bilingual French/English, written and spoken- Experience with high level recruiting or talent acquisition within a corporate environment.-
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.-
