Open positions:
**Framing Carpenter** _(Requirements)_
- Must be able to properly build and layout stairs and roofs
- Must be able to interpret and follow lay out, building walls, sheathing and joisting
- Must be able to form footings and foundations
- Must be able to interpret blue prints
- Must be able to manage a crew of at least four people

**Finishing Carpenter **_(Requirements)_
- Must be able to interpret blue prints
- Complete high end finishing work (beam wraps, laying out stairs etc.)
- Must be able to fully complete exterior finishing jobs
- Must be able to manage a crew of at least four people
- General expectations_
- Coordinate internal resources and subcontractors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure a 9/10 quality of work and customer experience score
- Establish and maintain relationships with a range of people including the client, subcontractors, suppliers, the public and the workforce.
- Use construction management software to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Manage the construction team over the full lifecycle of the project.
- General requirements_
- 6 years previous carpentry experience
- Previous experience leading a team
- Outstanding organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as superb interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, motivated, self-starting, and a team player.
- Able to drive and have access to a vehicle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35.00-$42.00 per hour
