A career as a Product Manager in the Investment Offer Management team at National Bank means acting as a portfolio manager for investment products. You will intervene at both tactical and strategic levels on all facets of investment offer management. Your analytical skills, experience, and product management knowledge will have a positive impact.

**Your role**:

- Define and continuously monitor the performance of various investment products
- Be on the lookout for opportunities and develop innovative solutions based on consumer needs and market trends
- Evaluate the Bank's competitive position in the field of investment and personal deposits, and recommend strategies for optimal positioning in the industry
- Provide specialized advice requiring a cross-sectional vision of our sector and possess a deep understanding of our business issues
- Guide project development and direct decisions through recommendations
- Facilitate problem-solving among different process operators
- Develop, support, and recommend business directions to achieve volume, profitability, and investor client acquisition targets
- Work in partnership with various business lines (Retail banking, Finance, Operations, IT, Digital Client Experience, Customer Experience Centre, Wealth Management, Treasury)

**Your team**:
Within the Investment Value Chain, you are part of a team of 4 colleagues and report to the Senior Director - Personal Investment Offer Management. Our team stands out for its expertise, quality of delivery, customer/employee experience delivery, fun atmosphere, and collaboration.

**Prerequisites**:

- Bachelor's degree related to the field of activity and seven to ten years of relevant experience OR Master's degree and seven years of relevant experience
- Experience in product management
- Excellent knowledge of the investment market; an asset
- Experience in initiative management
- Demonstrate influential leadership, initiative, and collaboration
