**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Sage, or Xero to maintain financial records.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Maintain organized financial files and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with peers to provide financial insights and support.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Sage, Xero) is essential.
- Strong understanding of bank reconciliation, payroll processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- A degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not required; relevant experience will be considered.
