**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring timely and effective communication regarding their needs and progress.
- Conduct thorough research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis to gather relevant information for case preparation.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy through meticulous proofreading.
- Maintain organized case files and documentation using iManage or similar systems.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive service plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Monitor client progress and adjust service plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining databases.
- Engage in project management activities to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles, preferably within a legal or social services environment.
- Strong research skills with proficiency in utilizing Lexis-Nexis for information gathering.
- Excellent proofreading abilities with a keen eye for detail in written communication.
- Ability to write clearly and concisely, adapting language for various audiences.
- Experience in project management is preferred, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently.
- Familiarity with legal drafting practices is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively within a team.
