Job Description_
So, what will your new role look like?_

As a content producer, you will have to create marketing content for all digital platforms to reach target audiences and make GSoft products shine. You will generate the commitment and interest of customers and prospects for our products through quality content.

All of your actions will aim to:

- Write texts with researched content corresponding to our objectives and to increase the engagement of customers and prospects through a variety of formats
- Identify opportunities to create content that speaks to our personas, meets user needs and generates interest in our products
- Turn ideas into persuasive messages through various types of content
- Ensure the impeccable quality of content in all its forms: spelling, grammar, readability, tone, and focus on details to ensure accuracy and consistency of the brand in all messages at all stages of the user journey.
- Produce content for the Web and contribute to GSoft's visibility and authority and its products online due to excellent knowledge of SEO writing.
- Expand GSoft's content offering by identifying and developing content innovations that address customer and prospect needs and knowledge of our products through educational and user-friendly formats and messaging.
- Stay informed of market trends and our competitors' practices, analyze content marketing metrics and adjust practices as needed.
**What will your future team look like?**

You will join a team of 5 content producers, and you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with different teams daily: Digital Experience, Search & Media, Marketing Campaigns, Brand and Product Marketing.

**Qualifications**:

Experience in making storyboards, video scripts, social media content and other forms of marketing content
- Ability to produce content on technical topics in close collaboration with experts and make this information understandable and relevant for our audiences while maintaining the essence of the message.
- Ability to synthesize research and data into insightful and actionable conclusions (including jumping into more product-centric content)
- Good understanding of content marketing basics, including understanding audiences and personas, content formats, marketing channels, and aligning content to optimize all of these
- Contribute to the optimization of content publishing best practices, including content positioning, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, meta tags, to drive the discovery of GSoft content
- Overall understanding of different digital work tools (WordPress, Hubspot, Asana, etc.) and ability to learn new ones
- Ability to manage time and projects independently while being a proven and creative team player.

Assets:

- Understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem
- Experience writing content pieces for the HR industry
- Ability to translate and write texts in French
