**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and delegate warehouse tasks for order preparation and stock put away
- Organize delivery runs and address customer delivery issues
- Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment and provide recommendations for equipment requirements
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse, adhering to Health and Safety regulations and company policy
- Review and resolve errors in picking/loading processes
- Engage in self-development practices for product knowledge and warehouse procedures
- Perform same-day deliveries using the company-provided vehicle (G-class license required)
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications:
**Must Haves**:
- Minimum one (1) year experience in a warehouse or distribution centre environment
- Valid G Class Licence and a clean Driver's Abstract
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
- Demonstrated interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills for positive relationship building
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to lift upwards of fifty (50) pounds
- History of success in warehousing roles
- Proven organizational skills and understanding of efficient warehouse design and operations
- Experience loading delivery vehicles and route planning
- Can-do attitude and passion for continued improvement
