**What You’ll Do**:
As a Sales Consultant at Dixie Ford, you’ll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding guest experience. You’ll be empowered to succeed, backed by training, tools, and a team that supports your growth.
- Greet and assist customers with a professional and friendly approach
- Follow a proven, structured sales process
- Maintain strong product knowledge through regular training
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads
- Log prospects and review your client list daily
- Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sale communication
- Assist with showroom appearance and occasional lot duties (e.g., snow removal, vehicle relocation)

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Valid OMVIC license
- 2+ years of automotive sales experience preferred
- Familiarity with PBS software is an asset
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A driven, goal-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A professional and approachable demeanor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
