What You'll Do (Key Responsibilites)
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will:
- Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional buying experience
- Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicles
- Explain features, benefits, warranties, and vehicle history
- Conduct exciting, informative test drives
- Present financing, trade-in, and pricing options
- Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed monthly targets
- Answer inquiries via email, phone, and text
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals
- Stay updated on new inventory, market trends, and promotions
- Maintain compliance with OMVIC, provincial, and dealership policies
What We're Looking For
- OMVIC Certification (required)
- Valid Class G Driver's Licence
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Energetic, goal-driven, and customer-focused
- Sales, dealership, or customer service experience (asset)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
