Automotive Sales Consultant: Mississauga & Brampton (High Commission + Career Growth) $100k-$250k+

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilites)

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will:

  • Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional buying experience
  • Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicles
  • Explain features, benefits, warranties, and vehicle history
  • Conduct exciting, informative test drives
  • Present financing, trade-in, and pricing options
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed monthly targets
  • Answer inquiries via email, phone, and text
  • Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals
  • Stay updated on new inventory, market trends, and promotions
  • Maintain compliance with OMVIC, provincial, and dealership policies

What We're Looking For

  • OMVIC Certification (required)
  • Valid Class G Driver's Licence
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Energetic, goal-driven, and customer-focused
  • Sales, dealership, or customer service experience (asset)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
