**Your day-to-day will look like**:

- Arranges and manages personal workplace and materials in a responsible & organized way.
- Work Plan Participation which involves feedback on all the tasks and crew makeup
- Clear communicator strong communication to plan the tasks and perform the work safely
- Work with site Superintendent, maintain daily production, maintain high level of safety awareness for operation, building it right the first time
- Work within the framework of policy and procedures of Organization, project site specific safety plan,
- Manage & maintain drill rigs in limitations of the manufacturers policy & guidelines
- Manage 1 week look ahead that affects standard day to day operation
- Ensure all daily required inspections / daily reports / timecards / materials are capture
- Manage our equipment, tools, and materials as if they were your own
- Train and mentor, your crew on the fundamentals of building our work

**You have the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills**:

- Qualifications_:

- Foundation Piling / Drilling / CFA Experience is required.
- Years of experience: minimum 3-5 yrs.
- Education: grade 12 with diploma
- Designations: Valid Drivers License
- Technical Skills:_
- Considered an asset: Foundation Drilling or Piling Experience / Safety Training / Engineering Training
- Interpersonal Skills:_
- Understands the work & the plan - able to direct the crew and address the needs of all parties. Willingness to listen and take all feedback, encourage participation. All in with a team attitude.
- Solution base mindset, seek to find answers / feedback to dissolve or improve situation. Takes initiative on owning the situation and mitigating risks / hazards.
- Sets the expectation on starting & ending shift / on crew’s performance executed safely
- Understands the instructions and/or provides clarity before executing / detailed note taker / gets to the facts and truth before giving resolution
- Acknowledges and verifies the daily expectation / Listens and address concerns of the crew. Knowingness for safety awareness of how & when to intervene. Strong relationship with Superintendent
- Organizes and managements require documentation / navigate historical facts
- Collaborate and cooperative to hear concerns / honesty & sincerity
- Conflict Management Awareness with multiple personality types / honesty & sincere
