**Job description**:
**Client Services Representative (CSR)**

Daily Tasks include but are not limited to:

- Be an exceptional customer service representative to our clients
- Assist with daily phone calls including: answering the phone, assisting with general inquiries, reminders calls and client questionnaires
- Assist with processing payments and other administrative tasks
- Understand the business and support the team reach their goals
- Other tasks as required

**Hours**:
Full Time, Part Time or Flex Schedule

Monday to Friday - or - Tuesday to Saturday

22.5 hours/week - or - 37.5 hours/week

Salary will be determined by the applicants’ education and work experience

Competitive commission package available

Extended Health/Dental/Life Insurance package available

**Position: Client Services Representative**

**Start Date: Immediate**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
