We are looking for a **Regular, Full-Time Receptionist** to join our Fraserway RV Team in* Lacombe, AB.*
Our Receptionists are the face of Fraserway RV, to every customer that enters our dealership; you are the first part of their customer experience. We will train you to ensure you are successful.

**Duties**:

- Answering phones and greeting customers
- Daily administrative tasks, such as the daily bank run, distributing mail, managing Dealer Plates and office equipment, ordering office supplies and business cards.
- Data entry
- Assisting the sales department
- Maintaining office equipment on a regular basis (i.e., photocopiers, fax machines, postage machine)
- Creating inventory stock sheets on a weekly basis (of every second week in the off season)
- Ordering corporate office supplies
- Any other items, as directed by the General Manager & Sales Manager

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years Receptionist work experience
- Friendly attitude, attention to detail and organized
- You have energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional customer service abilities
- Experience with facilitating customer requests and concerns
- Professional communication skills
- Good with problem solving
- Reliable and responsible
- Ability to focus attention on our customer’s needs, remaining calm, poised, and courteous at all times
- Flexible and available to work Saturdays
- Driver’s License
