Red Deer County, Canada Rangeland RV & Trailer Sales Full time

Rangeland RV is currently seeking a part-time receptionist to work Saturdays 8:30-5:00pm and Sundays 11:00pm-4:00pm.

Moving into our summer hours, it will be Monday-Thursday 5-8pm and weekend shifts.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Good Customer service at all times and being aware of customer where about

Responsible for answering all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner

Screen and forward telephone inquiries to the appropriate staff member

Providing correct information to incoming callers on a needed basis

Manage and prepare staff functions as directed

Ensuring that sales staff have proper inventory information

Prospective customer follow-up

Internet maintenance

Maintaining and updating customer’s information

Verifying customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data.

Customer mail outs as required

Keeping an organized front end and desk area

Ensuring the coffee area is clean and presentable at all times. Advising other departments if items need to be addressed (ie the windows need cleaning)

Always upholding 100% customer service

Always having Rangeland Rv’s best interests at hand

- Must be a self starter that takes initiative to work without excessive day to day supervision
- Must have a professional and upbeat demeanor and attitude
- Must be a team player that encourages great moral with others
- Must be able to organize and prioritize workload
- Must uphold professionalism and great customer service at all times
- Must be courteous and professional on the phone at all times
- Must have good computer and creative skills
- Must pay close attention to details
- Must be pleasant, outgoing, friendly and a good communicator
