Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our dental office, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations. If you have experience in a medical or dental office setting and possess strong organizational and communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

**Duties**:

- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing processes
- Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records (EMR)
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle patient billing and payment processing
- Manage inventory of office supplies and order as necessary

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical or dental office setting
- Proficient in using dental software systems such as Dentrix
- Strong knowledge dental procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor with the ability to provide outstanding customer service
