**Position Summary**

Wynshop is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager with a track record of success to help accelerate the growth of the Wynshop platform. This role will act as a key conduit between the Wynshop team and the external market of customers and prospects. The role encompasses a broad skillset and requires a great degree of cross-functional collaboration with teams such as sales, marketing, product management, and executive management.
- Get to know the Wynshop platform inside and out, and deeply understand how Wynshop uniquely provides value to our customers.
- Learn the competitive landscape and products thoroughly in order to understand how to best position our products in the market and highlight key points of differentiation.
- Become an expert on our buyer personas and consult our product management team with data-backed, voice-of-the-customer insights to influence our roadmap and fuel our growth.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams to synthesize a compelling message and position for internal and external audiences.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services to package and launch compelling solutions that target specific market segments

**What you will be doing**:

- Collect and synthesize customer insights and competitive intelligence through field observation and interviews, market research, and channel knowledge.
- Use data-driven information to influence product strategy and develop go-to-market activities.
- Develop and implement differentiated pricing strategies and solution packages (including partner capabilities) to grow the business in specific verticals and markets.
- Evaluate and report on product performance - including adoption, usage, basket size, volume, and more.
- Perform thorough competitive product analysis aimed at understanding the strengths and weaknesses of our competitor’s products and Wynshop’s relative market fit.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to build messaging and collateral for sales enablement, such as battle cards, presentations, and product demonstrations.

**What you bring to the table**:

- 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in marketing and/or business administration
- Prior success in positioning and launching enterprise SaaS solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to influence and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management
- Direct experience in the e-commerce space is a plus
- Subject matter expertise of the grocery vertical (or the broader retail industry) is a plus
- Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus
