Treetop Marketing and Promotion is a fun and dynamic Canadian advertising agency with offices in Vancouver, Toronto and Calgary. We have set our sights on rapid growth and are looking for a Promotional Production Manager to join our team supporting Advertising asks.

**Purpose of Role**:
The purpose of the Promotional Production Manager role is to be the front line employee liaising with suppliers, account managers, clients and creative. The Promotional Production Manager oversees each job from beginning to end, ensuring budgets are enforced, deadlines are met and that the client's objectives are satisfied. The role is broken down into the following categories:

- Promotions and Marketing Coordination
- Creative
- Client, Supplier, Department Liaison

The Production Manager facilitates the development of the deliverables until completion, ensuring client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaising between suppliers, account managers, clients and creative as required
- Placing and following up on purchase orders with suppliers and shippers
- Oversee production process from quote to completion
- Manage client expectations with vendor capabilities
- Responsible for proofing, pre-press checks and production samples
- Communicate with sales team about client expectations
- Provide costing and product specifics to Account Managers
- Ongoing status reporting for all active jobs
- Assist Account Managers with information as needed by updating dockets and being available for questions
- Assist in identification of viable marketing opportunities
- Client product and artwork mockups with adjustments
- Manage templates and standardize Treetop visual business material

**Outcomes**:

- Provide project recaps to Account Managers
- Manage products form order up until delivery to the client
- Provide job recaps to accounting for invoicing
- Ensure project profitability by advising Account Managers on profit ratios
- Ensure projects delivered are of the highest quality
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time

**Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
Knowledge
- Some knowledge of Silent Partner and creative an asset
- Working Knowledge of iWork and Microsoft Office Suite
- Thorough knowledge of budgeting, deadlines and supplier capabilities

**Skills**:

- Strong oral and written fluency in English
- Strong communication and interpretation skills
- Extensive editing and proofing
- Effective time management and organizational skills

Abilities
- Strong Customer Service capabilities
- Able to juggle multiple projects easily
- Able to build long-term relationships with key suppliers

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years in a Production Manager role within an advertising or marketing agency or promotional company
- Diploma in a business related field

- Executes daily tasks in a highly organized manner to increase efficiently
- Communicates effectively with multiple stakeholders
