**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop a project management plan.
- Have knowledge of the project's goals and objectives.
- Communicate with all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project team members.
- Review project status.
- Monitor the budget.
- Make adjustments as necessary to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Change order take off, pricing
- Estimating proficiency

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- PMP certification is an asset.
- Commercial electrical Project Management experience.
- Strong understanding of BC Electrical code.
- Bluebeam and Accubid competent
- Microsoft Project proficient
- Ability to create, digest and review shop drawings

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
