Do you have construction knowledge (o want to learn about construction) and high administrative skills? Northland properties' Construction Division is currently looking for a capital repairs office administrator/coordinator to join our dynamic, growing, and fast-paced team.

For this position, you will be responsible for supporting the Capital Repairs Manager with administrative duties as well as project coordination which includes product inventory and receiving deliveries for multiple projects. The programs used are Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word, as well as Adobe PDF.
