**That was for the attitude. Now let's get down to business, so here's why we need you**:
- Develop and implement communication (internal and external) and marketing strategies in line with our mission and values to promote our products and services.
- Define the competitive landscape and monitor the main competitors to analyze and evaluate the positioning of the services offered. Identify opportunities and make recommendations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and identify potential customer needs.
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, newsletters, and social media management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with all internal teams to prioritize business needs and ensure they are taken care of.
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Write various blog articles and press releases to ensure the visibility of our expertise.
- Support the human resources team and implement HR marketing strategies.
- Manage marketing projects with our various external suppliers.
- Implement relationship marketing strategies for our participation in various networking events.
- All other related tasks.
**And the things you really need to have in your toolbox**:
- **Exceptional** **communication** and storytelling **skills**, oral and written **in English (MUST**) and French
- You have a university degree in marketing, communications or any other related field.
- You have at least **4 years** of experience in a communication and/or marketing coordinator position under your tie and if it is in the **technological field**, you earn points.
- Master of the design and implementation of marketing strategies for highly technical products.
- Be able to synthesize complex information.
- You adapt better than a chameleon and are quicker than lightning in the face of change.
- Knowledge of technology and the tech industry (again you earn points).
- Having a good sense of autonomy is essential.
