**Overview**
Our plastic surgery clinic is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to join our welcoming team. As the first face many will see, you play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our front desk, ensuring that every patient and visitor receives a warm welcome.

**Duties**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient information and collect co-payments
- Maintain electronic medical records accurately and confidentially
- Coordinate patient referrals to specialists
- Keep the reception area organized and tidy

**Skills**:

- Experience working in a medical office setting is preferred
- Proficiency with phone systems and front desk operations
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Bonus**:some free injectable treatments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.50-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
