Clinique Face MD is a private plastic surgery clinic that is committed to providing the highest quality facial aesthetic surgery care in Quebec. We have been in operation for over a year and our team is growing quickly.

We are looking for a part-time medical receptionist to perform the following KEY tasks:

- Greet patients and optimize patient flow in clinic
- Take payments
- Opening and closing the clinic
- Perform appointment confirmations
- Daily laundry, coffee machine upkeep, dishwasher, taking out the garbage
- Printing and scanning all patient documents, sending and receiving faxes, scheduling lab pickups

Requirements are the following:

- Evening and weekend availability
- Experience as a medical receptionist
- Perfectly bilingual (English and French)
- Hard-working and motivated to learn about facial aesthetic treatments and cosmetic surgery
- Punctual and reliable
- Polite and smiling

**Benefits**:

- Schedule is Monday to Friday daytime and evenings, and Saturday during the day
- Social, dental, vision, and medical care (when doing at least 20 hours a week)
- Pension plan with RRSP match (REER) (when doing at least 20 hours a week)

**Salary**: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
