The position consists of:

- Welcoming clients, texting, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments;
- Handling customer invoicing;
- Communicate with professionalism in relations with the clinic;
- Prepare and file client records digitally;
- Order the necessary material for the clinic;
Any other related tasks.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Discretion, autonomy, team spirit, willingness to be active in a dynamic team, proactive, fast learner;
- Bilingual French/English;
- Focused on customer service;
- Excellent communication skills;
Experience in a medical clinic (asset).

Flexible schedule.

**Salary: $35 000.00 to $50 000.00 per year**

Le poste se compose de:

- Accueillir les clients, envoyer des SMS, répondre aux appels téléphoniques et prendre des rendez-vous;
- Traiter la facturation client;
- Communiquer avec professionnalisme dans les relations avec la clinique;
- Préparer et archiver les dossiers des clients numériquement ;
- Commander le matériel nécessaire pour la clinique;
Toutes autres tâches connexes.

CONDITIONS
- Discrétion, autonomie, esprit d'équipe, volonté d'être actif dans une équipe dynamique, proactive, apprend vite;
- Bilingue français/anglais;
- Axé sur le service à la clientèle;
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication;
Expérience en clinique médicale (atout).

Horaire flexible.

**Salaire : 35 000,00 $ à 50 000,00 $ par année**
