Inside Sales Representative

We are stacked with certified professionals supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central, AX/AX (D365B), AX/D365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), and CRM/D365 product offerings.
We are looking for an experienced, talented, and outgoing Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In your role, you will be responsible for cold calling, taking incoming calls and managing a database of clients. If you are well spoken, friendly and capable to close the deal, we would be pleased to meet you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate vision and values of Econix Infotech to prospective customers.
- Develop account relationships with multiple decision makers (including senior management levels) within customers.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations that contribute to our customers’ success.
- Sourcing leads and contacts from social media to pitch Econix’s solutions.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- At least 2 years of inside sales experience with a proven track record.
- Experience and understanding of the IT industry preferred with experience in selling Microsoft solutions.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Ability to break the ice on phone, online meeting, or in-person to start the discussion.
- Hunter mentality and aggressive approach.
- Should posses basic knowledge of using a CRM
