Customer Service Representative/order Entry

Notre système d’assistance sera là pour vous fournir les conseils nécessaires afin de rendre la transition aussi facile que possible.

Nous recherchons un responsable de la gestion des commandes avec un support administratif fiable et de qualité.

**Responsabilités et compétences**
- Traitement des commandes
- Fournir aux clients les confirmations de commande et les dates de livraison
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les ventes et la production
- Souci du détail pour garantir que toutes les informations sont traitées correctement
- Aider les clients avec tout problème de produit et aider à maintenir une satisfaction client élevée
- Prendre les appels entrants et répondre aux préoccupations ou aux questions
- Développer une compréhension de nos politiques et procédures
- Imprimer des étiquettes
- Être capable de bien travailler avec les autres et d'avoir l'esprit d'équipe, disposé à aider ses collègues et à travailler ensemble vers un objectif commun

**Qualifications et exigences**
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
- Capable de travailler en équipe
- Bonnes compétences en communication
- Solides compétences organisationnelles

**Type d'emploi**- Permanent et temps plein

**Horaire**- quart de 8 heures - du lundi au vendredi

**Lieu de travail**- en personne

We are a packaging manufacturing company that has been in business for the past 38 years. We have a strong foundation of management and staff, some who have been working together since the very beginning. Our support system will be there to provide you with the necessary guidance to make the transition as easy as possible.

We are searching for a responsible for order management with reliable and high-quality administrative support.

**Responsibilities and Skills**
- Processing orders
- Providing clients with order confirmations and delivery dates
- Work closely with sales and production
- Detail oriented to ensure that all information is processed correctly
- Assist clients with any product issues and help maintain high customer satisfaction
- Taking incoming calls and addressing concerns or questions
- Develop an understanding of our policies and procedures
- Print labels
- Being able to work well with others and be a team player, willing to help colleagues and work together towards a common goal

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Fluent in French and English
- Capable to work in a team
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills

**Job type**- Permanent and full time

**Schedule** - 8-hour shift - Monday through Friday

**Work location** - in person

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
