**About the Commercial Collection Specialist position**

As part of the collections team, you will ensure the health of the organization's portfolio by coordinating the collection of accounts receivable assigned to you.
- Collect accounts receivable;
- Make agreements with clients to help them regularize their files;
- Work in collaboration with various stakeholders such as trustees, lawyers, collection agencies, etc.;
- Work in collaboration with those responsible of the takeovers;
- Participate in the recovery of losses after liquidation of assets and determine the next steps in the process (lawyers, collection agencies, etc.);
- Search missing customers
- Any other tasks related to this position.

**The profile we are looking for**:

- At least one year of experience in collections or any other experience relevant to the position
- DEP in an appropriate discipline or equivalent experience;
- Bilingual (English and French), both orally and in writing, in order to serve our teams located across Canada
- Autonomy
- Ability to negotiate and solve problems,
- Communication skills
