Capital Buick GMC Cadillac is looking to hire a Parts Consultant to join our growing team.

Wage range: $18-20/hour

The Job
- Tend to the front counter parts area for customer inquires and purchases
- Assist the variable team members with customer part questions
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries promptly, thoroughly, and accurately
- Work with and maintain relationships with vendors to locate and order parts
- Assist back counter parts area when necessary to assist the Service Technicians with requested parts
- Order parts by phone, online and through the parts management system
- Track incomplete order status (outstanding orders, backorders, and credits) and follow up as necessary
- Assists in keeping parts department clean, orderly, and well-stocked
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times
- Other duties deemed necessary by management

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Ability to use parts department computer system
- Good communication skills
- Hold a drivers license, with a clean driving record
- The most qualified applicant would have one year of experience in a retail or wholesale parts department
