As a Junior Parts Consultant & Warranty Administrator, you'll be an integral part of our vibrant automotive parts department, where innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. This role offers a fantastic blend of hands-on experience, problem-solving challenges, and the chance to learn from industry experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warranty claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and company policies.
- Manage Factory Depot Claims and also assist in the return of new part returns
- Assist customers in identifying, locating, and purchasing the right automotive parts, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
- Collaborate closely with the parts team to maintain optimal inventory levels, streamline processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize cutting-edge software systems to track parts inventory, process orders, and generate insightful reports to support decision-making.
