**Qualifications**:

- Must have a relevant ticket or trade as a journeyman with hands-on experience
- Extensive knowledge of the Bodyshop/Automotive industry
- Contains an excellent understanding of PPG Paint and color matching
- Competent in ICBC repair knowledge & procedures
- Prior sales experience will be viewed as an asset
- Possesses basic computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office programs

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform exceptional customer service while dealing with customer inquiries and complaints
- Fulfills warranty discretion while dealing with claims
- Attend scheduled meetings to promote all products and services offered while maintaining professionalism
- Grow and track qualified sales leads/opportunities and perform follow up duties to gain customer confidence
- Build strong business relationships
- Prepare and present detailed quotations while remaining informed of competitor products and offerings
- Manage an existing customer base while constantly cold calling new prospects
