**Join Our Team at Three Farmers Foods as a Production Supervisor**

**About the Role**:
As the **Production Supervisor** at Three Farmers Foods, you will lead and inspire our production and sanitation teams, ensuring top-quality work, productivity and attendance while fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and excellence on the production floor. **This** **night shift position, working 4 - 10 hour shifts, Monday to Thursday from (5:30 pm-4:00 am)**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations & Process Management**: Assist in scaling, scheduling, and coordinating internal operations, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and optimizing output.
- **Team Leadership**: Direct and coordinate production activities, monitor employee performance, and enforce safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Train and mentor new employees, ensuring compliance with work and safety procedures.
- **Production Oversight**: Review and clarify production plans with management, monitor production schedules, and ensure timely completion of work orders. Manage pre-production equipment checks and post-production cleanup.
- **Collaboration & Communication**: Work closely with other supervisors, managers, and departments to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and participate in team meetings. Support process improvements, capital projects, and risk management efforts.
- **Quality & Compliance**: Collaborate with quality control to maintain food safety standards and support product development initiatives. Monitor production quality and implement improvements.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Ensure accurate documentation of materials, lot numbers, equipment checks, and technical data for further analysis by the operations and finance teams.
- **Employee Motivation**: Provide motivation and guidance to increase worker efficiency and morale. Lead shift operations, including contingency planning for coverage when necessary.
- **Support & Flexibility**: Assist with various projects, process improvements, and other duties as needed to achieve team goals.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a lead hand or production supervisor
- Post-secondary education (considered an asset)
- Proven ability to manage growth projects within an operations environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Forklift certification (an asset)
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and make quick decisions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with mínimal guidance
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to move/lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility with schedule, including occasional late or weekend shifts
- Professional attitude when interacting with vendors, truck drivers, and delivery personnel
- Quick learner with adaptability to take on new tasks

**Compensation**:

- Competitive base salary of $50,000-$70,000 depending on experience
