**Job Overview**

RAM Industries is seeking a **Production Supervisor** with experience successfully leading work crews, departments, or projects for our Yorkton operation.

We are an established manufacturer of hydraulic & pneumatic cylinders. Working directly with the Production Manager (and assuming this role in his absence), the Production Supervisor is responsible for coordinating processes and personnel to ensure company production objectives are met.

**Experience/Education**:
**Duties**:

- Coordinate production schedules to meet daily delivery and factory output objectives;
- Supervise and develop production employees to achieve established goals of productivity and quality;
- Work cooperatively with engineering, quality, and purchasing teams to achieve production plans;
- Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations, company policies, and collective bargaining agreement;
- Review, analyze and make recommendations for safety, quality, productivity, and process improvements; and
- Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager or designate.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Highly motivated and self-directed, “can do” attitude;
- Problem-solving skills
- Past supervisory experience
- Computer proficiency in MS Office;
