CR Concrete Lifting is hiring a **Customer Service Representative** for the 2025 season (June to November). This is more than just answering phones—you’ll play a **key role in operations, scheduling, and sales** while leading the way in **customer journey excellence**.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

**Own the Customer Journey** - guide clients from their first inquiry to job completion.
**Book & Schedule** - coordinate customer appointments and technician schedules.
**Support the Team** - participate in morning meetings and stay connected with field crews through our team chat.
**Assist with Admin** - help the Operations Leader with data entry, documentation, and scheduling updates.
**Follow Up on Sales** - call back leads, help close jobs, and keep customers in the loop.
**Stay Organized** - keep accurate records and ensure smooth communication between teams.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong **problem-solver** with a calm and resourceful attitude
- Excellent **written and verbal communication** skills
- Organized and able to handle multiple priorities
- Proficient with **Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel**:

- Familiar with scheduling tools and CRM systems
- Comfortable posting on **social media** and helping with marketing
- A team player who works well independently
- Previous experience in **customer service, admin, or inside sales** is a plus

**Position Highlights**
- **Location**: Sherwood Park, AB
- **Season**: June to November
- **Schedule**: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
- **Wage**: $18 - $22 per hour, based on experience
- **Reports to**: Operations Leader

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sherwood Park, AB T8H 2R6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
