As a Human Resource (HR) Administrator, you’ll perform HR related administration, processing, and support duties in the delivery of quality HR services.
**What you’ll do**:

- Provide administrative, program and systems support to the HR team with particular emphasis on total rewards, payroll, benefits, recruitment, and training functions.
- Coordinate logistics and enrollment activities for organizational training initiatives.
- Administer various HR programs, such as long service, recognition and wellness programs.
- Monitor centralized communication channels and respond to employee inquiries, triaging as necessary to ensure appropriate and timely responses.
- Tracks, consolidates and reports expenses and reconciles to the general ledger on a monthly basis.

**What you’ve got**:

- High School diploma, plus 3 year of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of HR administration and organizing and maintaining process and workflows
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage information with strong attention to detail
