Under the direction of the Manufacturing Manager you will be responsible for all daily/weekly tasks to be completed. Essential

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor teams and plan employee’s tasks to ensure safety, productivity and quality goals are achieved daily
- Follow up on assigned tasks and report levels of completion to Manufacturing Manager
- Monitor current processes and recommend updates/changes
- Assist in developing new processes
- Assist in developing/updating SOPs
- Assist with work scheduling and production planning
- Assist with training of new teams leads and production employees
- Communicate promptly to management any upcoming issues
- Work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Ensure safe work practices
- Other tasks as assigned by Manufacturing Manager

Skills, Education, and/or Experience
- Self-motivated requiring mínimal supervision
- Good team player
- Solid punctuality and attendance record
- Ability to handle fast paced work environment
- Ability to follow and perform safe work practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle personnel issues and address unacceptable behaviour

Job Conditions
**Physical Demands**:

- Periods of sitting at a desk and looking at a computer.
- Light physical effort - able to lift up to 20lbs at times.
- Sitting, lifting, squatting, pushing, or reaching for intermittent or extended periods.

**Work Environment**:

- Factory, Warehouse, Distribution Center, Office.
- May be exposed to loud, repetitive sounds from machinery or equipment.
- May use chemicals or other in accordance with MSDS.
- May operate machinery in close proximity or with objects exposed to eyes or face.
