Job Description: Forklift Operator

Reports to: Production Supervisor

General aims/Summary:
Legend Fleet Solutions is a growing company producing interior protection products for cargo vans throughout Canada, USA and UK/Europe. As our thriving company continues to expand, we are currently recruiting individuals who can work in our production team’s 2nd shift to ensure production output is maximized. This role is for a production employee to operate the Forklift.

We are searching for bright and passionate people who are excited to make an impact from day one and grow with the company to take on greater responsibility over time. Key Objectives of this Role:

- Safely operate a forklift to transport materials within the warehouse or production area.
- Working with team leaders motivating and directing the company’s work force.
- Working efficiently to the work schedule.
- Ensure all jobs are accomplished to the correct standard in the expected time frame.
- Manage the workload to meet customers required ship dates.
- Ensuring that customer service is not affected due to stock availability, quality and non-conformance.
- And any other duties as required to be carried out by the management
- Holiday and absence cover for team and to be proficient in preparing packaging/shipping paper work.
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

- High school diploma at minimum.
- Forklift License Required.
- Must hold current driving license.
- Must be punctual and possess a strong work ethic
- Availability to work shift work and/or overtime
- Leadership skills
- Legendary Attitude.

Conditions of Employment:

- The role will involve working in the factory in Tillsonburg, ON
- Must follow and support all company rules and policy
- Must follow company legislated safety rules and regulations
- Hours: 6:00am to 3:45 pm, Monday - Friday.
- Pay range: $ 19.95 to $21.00 CDN per hour

**Salary**: $19.95-$21.00 per hour
