**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Provide support to students with diverse learning needs, including those with disabilities.
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and behavior, providing feedback to the teacher.
- Facilitate small group instruction and one-on-one tutoring sessions as needed.
- Utilize computer software, including Excel, for record keeping and reporting purposes.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and needs.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive educational atmosphere.

**Experience**
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using office software, particularly Excel for data management.
- Ability to write clear reports and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Experience or familiarity with supporting students with disabilities is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.

Pay: $17.20-$31.41 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
