Refuge Bay is currently looking for a **Facilities - Working Manager** to oversee operations of our growing four-season full-service glamping destination in Lac St. Anne, Alberta. _**This is a CONTRACTOR position.**_

General working hours are between the hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with flexibility in daily task schedules.

The ability to work weekend shifts to start is considered an asset, as the operations team's developed goal is a Monday - Friday schedule.

- physically able to lift, move, and carry heavier items without limitations (water pumps and 100 lbs propane tanks)

**Basic job tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Monitoring and maintaining all solar and power generation equipment
- Monitoring and maintaining all fresh and gray water systems
- Monitoring and maintaining propane fuel throughout the grounds
- Coordinate and schedule staffing according to occupancy
- Coordinate, plan, and execute major maintenance projects throughout the year
- Report to the ownership team on a weekly and monthly basis
- Ability to fill in for maintenance team members on the rare occasion of sickness or unavailability
- Ensure the highest quality and standard of facilities for our guests as well as staff

Salary is negotiable based on experience and schedule flexibility/availability.

Refuge Bay is currently Alberta's only four-season glamping destination located an hour northwest of Edmonton. Offering unique getaways with a mix of state-of-the-art geodesic domes and off-grid cabins, each accompanied with wood-fired saunas & hot tubs, as well as outdoor living areas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
