**The Opportunity**:
We are searching for a **dynamic and entrepreneurial Store Manager** to lead one of our Toronto locations. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who wants to **run the store as their own**, make strategic decisions with mínimal head office influence, and create a shopping experience that keeps our customers coming back.

As Store Manager, you’ll work alongside your team to set high standards, ensure product quality, and deliver a memorable customer experience. You’ll take ownership of store operations—from inventory and merchandising to food safety and staff development—while driving sales and maintaining an immaculate, high-performing store.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Run the store like it’s your own**, making strategic decisions to meet customer needs and drive business success
- **Source and maintain high-quality, in-demand products**—ensuring the right items are in stock, on time, every time
- Ensure **exceptional store conditions**, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal at all times
- **Lead by example on the floor**, working alongside your team to set clear expectations and deliver excellent customer service
- Manage **food safety compliance**, ensuring all health and safety standards are met or exceeded
- Oversee **inventory management**, including ordering, receiving, stock rotation, and minimizing shrink
- Develop and coach team members to achieve individual and store performance goals
- Analyze sales, labour, and inventory reports to make data-driven decisions that support profitability
- Collaborate with department managers on merchandising strategies and operational improvements
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty and community engagement

**What You Bring**:

- **5+ years of experience** in grocery or retail store management
- Proven ability to **lead and inspire teams** in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong **operational knowledge** across merchandising, inventory control, labour management, and customer service
- **Entrepreneurial mindset** with a hands-on leadership style
- Excellent decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills
