We’re looking for someone who can provide excellent client service to maximize retention rates on a portfolio of group and individual Employee Benefits Insurance policies. We’ll need someone who can proactively develop relationships with prospects and clients to foster growth and retention

**Insurance Advisor - Employee Benefits Service Center**

In this role you will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of employee benefit clients. You will provide ongoing support for existing clients and build your portfolio with the addition of new policies. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our external clients and internal partners.

**Here is what a typical day looks like**
- Track and document client interactions based on identified KPI’s
- Promote Western’s individual and group products to existing Western Business Insurance (WBI) clients to drive revenue growth
- Perform prospecting calls to existing WBI clients and their employees to sell Individual insurance products
- Sell Western’s individual and group products to internal and external clients to drive revenue growth for Employee Benefits and Life Insurance products
- Respond to sales-related inquiries about Individual insurance products, including Life, Critical Illness and Disability

**The value you bring**
- LLQP License is considered an asset; requirement to obtain within 3 months
- Experience with Benefit administration and Relationship management. Previous experience working for a Third-Party administrator (TPA) considered an asset
- Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and sales-related experience

Location: Winnipeg, MB (Hybrid / Empress Location)
