**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Benefits Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in understanding and selecting the best benefits packages to meet their needs. You will leverage your sales expertise and exceptional communication skills to build relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service. This position requires a proactive approach to obtaining sales, as well as a strong understanding of insurance products.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with clients to present various benefits options.
- Communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of benefits packages to secure favorable agreements for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the sales administration system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies that promote benefits offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to effectively advise clients.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

**Skills**
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
- Valid provincial Life Insurance and Accident & Sickness licences.
- Proven 3-5 years experience in sales, particularly in insurance or benefits-related fields.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Experience in outside sales preferred.
- Ability to market products effectively and engage clients in meaningful conversations.
- Proficiency in customer service practices that enhance client relationships.
- Familiarity with sales administration processes is a plus..

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
