**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Help track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
- Support event planning and execution, including trade shows and other promotional events
- Manage the company's social media accounts, including creating and posting content and engaging with followers
- Assist with website updates and maintenance
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 1-2 years of marketing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with social media platforms and social media management tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Windsor, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
