**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Creating cocktails and pouring perfect pints
- Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables
- Taking, delivering and ensuring orders are accurate based on the guests wishes
- Provide in-depth menu knowledge in terms of food and beverage offerings
- Assist with opening/closing tasks

**Skills/Requirements**:

- Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Experience with OpenTable and Silverware is a plus
- Profound knowledge of liquor and beer
- Ability to multitask and works well under pressure
- A team player that enjoys working with others and has a passion for hospitality
- Is energetic, enthusiastic and has a positive attitude
- Great with time management and multitasking
- Has excellent judgement and problem-solving skills
- A valid Smart Serve is a must

**Physical Requirements**:

- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Must be able to lift and carry trays/bus bins of food and dishes weighing up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to work outside for long periods

**Transportation Requirements**:

- Must have access to reliable transportation as shifts could end after the subway closes
