**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, loaders, and excavators for various construction tasks.
- Perform digging, grading, and building operations as required by project specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery to minimize risks on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and report any issues or malfunctions promptly.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
- Familiarity with various types of machinery including cranes, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, and farm machinery is preferred.
- Valid commercial driving license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Commitment to safety practices and procedures while operating heavy equipment.
