Receptionist/office Clerk

Flex-Pression Ltd. is a flexible metal hose and expansion joint manufacturer since 1973. Our products are manufactured under specific certifications and rigorous quality control processes. We are currently looking for a receptionist, office clerk to join our team.
Under the supervision of the Director of Internal Sales, the receptionist-office clerk answers telephone calls, receives visitors and performs certain administrative tasks. He/She is a key person in the operations of the company. HE/She will perform the following tasks:
- Welcoming guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen and forward phone calls
- Maintain office security by controlling access via reception (visitor log)
- Print work orders daily
- Print customer invoices and associate them with respective customer orders
- Produce shipping slips based on the orders to be shipped
- Manage conference room reservations and ensure it remains clean
- Maintain and track office supply inventory
- File, photocopy and forward documents
- Write correspondence and produce any type of administrative document at the request of Management
- You have a DEP in secretarial studies or two years of relevant experience (or the equivalent)
- You manage the Microsoft Office Suite
- You are perfectly bilingual (essential)
- You have professional attitudes and excellent organizational skills
- You have the ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
