Les Transports Fuel est en pleine expansion et à la recherche d’un (e) **réceptionniste** pour notre bureau situé à LaSalle, Québec.

**Responsabilités principales**:
- Accueillir et diriger les visiteurs tout en respectant les procédures de l’entreprise;
- Répondre, filtrer et diriger un nombre moyen à élevé d’appels;
- Responsable de la gestion de coursiers entrants et sortants de même que la gestion du courrier interne et externe (pourrait devoir se rendre au bureau de poste ou à une boîte postale pour y déposer le courrier);
- Coordonner les réservations pour les salles de conférences, audioconférences et vidéoconférences;
- Assurer l’entretien du local des fournitures de bureau ainsi que la distribution, l’inventaire et la commande des fournitures;
- Classer et archiver les documents demandés;
- Travail administratif général; suivi des demandes d’information, des télécopies et des photocopies;
- Effectuer des tâches de bureau telles que la saisie de données, la rédaction, la numérisation, la photocopie de documents, etc.;
- Analyser les documents et procéder au paiement;
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches administratives connexes.

**Éducation et qualifications**:
- Un (1) à trois (3) ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire;
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent requis;
- Bonnes capacités d’organisation et de communication;
- Connaissance avancée de la suite Microsoft Office;
- Niveau intermédiaire pour la saisie de données dans les systèmes;

Fuel Transport is expanding rapidly and looking for a **Receptionist** for our office located inLaSalle, Quebec. Regular work schedule for this role is 7:30am to 4:30pm (40 hours/week).

**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Greet and direct visitors while adhering to company procedures;
- Answer, screen and direct a medium to high volume of calls;
- Responsible to manage incoming/outgoing couriers as well as internal and external mail (may need to go to post office or mailbox to drop off mail);
- Coordinate reservations for conference rooms, audio conferences and video conferences;
- Maintain office supply room, distribution, inventory and ordering of supplies;
- File and archive documents as requested;
