**Overview**
**Duties**
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer support.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accurate and timely updates to client records and files.
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Able to complete payroll for all employees.
- Able to complete all A/P and A/R for company.
- Able to complete monthly source deductions.
- Able to file all WSIB remittance.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, organizing documents, and handling correspondence.
- Handle inquiries from clients regarding services, policies, and procedures.
- Willing to be able to set up office admin as this is a new position for this company at this time.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment is essential.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Experience in a plumbing or mechanical office setting is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
