**Position Summary**

As a Skin Care Technician, you are responsible for helping clients with maintaining the skin’s health and vitality, combating the effects of aging and exposure to the sun, and improving its overall appearance through many different methods of skin treatments. One of the most important skills for this position is to have the ability to connect with clients.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Must perform all skin care services.
- Assess client skin condition and determine appropriate treatment in response to client concerns.
- Prepare, clean up and maintain treatment area and overall clinic maintenance.
- Accurately document charts and update clients’ profiles after treatments.
- Offer additional products and services in a professional manner to enable clients to maintain their skincare routine at home.
- Track client progress and maintain complete.
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Postgraduate or certificate in esthetician or medical aesthetics is an asset but not required. New Graduates are welcome to apply
- Flexibility to work a schedule that may include client sessions in the evenings and over the weekend.
- Previous experience with providing skin care services.
- Must complete mandatory training program successfully.
- Ability to provide high level, empathic customer service.
- Ability to make clients feel comfortable about themselves.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve independently.
- Meet tight deadlines in a timely manner and prioritize urgent requests.
- Ability to work within a team and independently.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
